Final Fantasy Tactics iPhone coming Spring 2011

Square-Enix has just posted on their Facebook that Final Fantasy Tactics for iPhone is coming Spring 2011 internationally. There are also some gameplay screenshots posted. It looks like they're going for a mostly menu based system with quite a lot of buttons surrounding the screen. Eager to pick up a copy?

Hmmm... If they can faithfully import War of the Lions onto the iPhone then I'd be very pleased, since most of the games I've played on that platform lack depth, which is understandable since it's a completely different audience.

Well there is Wesnoth on iPhone, which is a pretty in depth game with years of development time. But yeah a port of War of the Lions without the PSPs load time issues would be nice.
